We're occasionally asked about the relationship between Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. and Uhler and Vertich Financial Planners, LLC.  Here's a simple explanation:

Since October of 1990, our office has utilized Raymond James Financial Services as our broker/dealer.

Raymond James Financial Services  holds our clients' investment accounts and provides certain research, trading, compliance, technological and reporting services for us and our clients.   For this, we share with them a portion of the fee which our clients pay us.

The financial strength and research capabilities of Raymond James, combined with their forward-thinking and client-centered philosophy, complement our highly personalized service.  The parent company, Raymond James Financial, is publicly traded, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RJF.

In July of 2002, Tom Uhler and Corey Vertich, realizing that their goals were similar, and their skills complementary, merged their separate financial planning practices into Uhler and Vertich Financial Planners, LLC.

With our experienced, caring and competent team of six, we can assist families in becoming and remaining financially independent so that they may spend their lives doing what they love.
